Hey, thanks for stopping by! This is Don H. Morris.
(That’s Donald Hays Morris if you really want to know — I was named after my grandfather, who was named after President Rutherford B. Hayes, and I got the last name there).
I am really excited that you’re here. I am a life coach, a freelance writer, and a student of life. I live in Memphis, Tennessee, with Nan my wife and my two Akitas, Reno and SusieQ. Reno’s a big guy — he’s about 90 pounds. Suse’s a bit slimmer, at a petite 70 pounds.
I’m going to be exploring all forms of meditation, Christian meditation, Hindu and Buddhist meditation, and just plain old relaxation response and hypnotic trance. All sorts of things. And I’m also going to be talking about stories and storytelling.
Its really a very general, but I think a wonderful blog. I’m glad you came by. Just check out everything you see, and don’t be surprised to be surprised.
